I'm a father of 2 kids and husband of a supportive wife, living in Belgium - Schoten, a lovely village near Antwerp.
Blown away by Phil Collins and Chester Thompson in the Serious Hits live tour, I decided to become a drummer. That was around 1990 when I was 12. (I think I still have to thank my mom and dad for arriving late at a familyparty because I was looking at the Serious hits live tour on television)
More than 30 years later, I (still) work in the music industry as a professional drummer, soundengineer and as a teacher at the Royal Conservatory of Antwerp - Belgium.
In my free time I love to run, take a sauna (or 3, 4), do some woodworking or program a little bit in Filemaker.
Last but not least, I'm really proud to endorse some of the leading brands in the music industry. (Paiste Cymbals, Gretsch Drums and sE Electronics).
These brands and their products help me to do my job in a consistent, musical and supportive way.
